Book Review: The Chosen and the Beautiful by Nghi Vo

I read this because it is Nghi Vo but the honest truth is that I really hate The Great Gatsby. The fact that I actually mostly liked this means I'm giving it 3 stars because credit goes to the author that got me sit and read through the tale of Gatsby again. Especially as I was fairly certain I'd never read that book ever again. I liked this version better and I'm definitely looking forward to the next Nghi Vo book.

Looking Back: Nghi Vo has released a sequel to this book and yes, I have a copy. No, I have not read it yet. Hell, I'm still catching up on The Singing Hills Cycle.
